· ± 2 years experience in General Administration / Purchasing / Maintenance of Office Equipment / Telephone system
· Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· A team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
· Those with experience in vendor management are welcome
· Those with technical experience in handling telephone system (PABX/Keyphone) and infra are welcome
· To handle administrative support functions
· Liaising with vendors in respective areas of work
· To prepare proposal / paperworks as and when required
· To prepare costing and cost analysis on purchases
· Any other tasks assigned as and when required
Junior Clerk
(4 positions)
· Diploma or Certificate holder
· ± 2 years experience in General Administration / Purchasing
· Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· A team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
· To assist and support admin functions on general administration, purchases and related areas
· To keep good filing on records, documents
Operator
(1 position)
· SPM holder
· Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· To handle incoming calls and distribute to related departments
